Diem Brown passed away on Nov. 14, 2014, just two days before Kasey was diagnosied with Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer. Diem's passing affected Kasey and she was deeply sadened by the loss of her MTV The Challenge hero.
Diem brought Johnny Bananas into Kasey's life and it always seemed liked Diem was riding shotgun throughout the battle...protecting Kasey...making sure she won...making sure she lived.
