Rady Children’s Hospital “Radiothon 2017"

On December 15, 2017, Kasey spoke live-on-air at the KyXy 96.3 Rady Children’s Hospital Radiothon that raised over $250,000 for the hospital!

Kasey was live-on-air in the evening time slot, speaking about her journey along with Kaylee and her Mom, Kelly. Throughout Kasey’s treatment, Kelly was known as “Nurse Kelly” and looked after Kasey on the Oncology level at Rady’s, only to have her daughter Kaylee diagnosed with leukemia several months later.

This is the third radiothon where Kasey has shared her journey and her experience at Rady’s, since completing treatment in September 2015, and the show is always an awesome and positive experience to be involved in.
