Rady Children's Hospital Award
In December, 2016, Kasey's service as the Ace Hardware Foundation's 2016 All-Star Ambassador was recognized in a ceremony at the Peckham Center of the hospital.
Kasey had the "Magical Row Boat", in the playground just off the oncology wing where she spent most of 2015 beating Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma cancer, named after her in celebration of her fund-raising efforts for Rady Children's Hospital in 2016.
Kasey's selection as the Ace All-Star earned an immediate $10,000 donation to Rady Children's Hospital from the Ace Foundation and throughout 2016 a further $40,000 was raised for a total of $50,000.
